Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, a leading jeans and casual wear brand, seeks a Merchandising Team Leader for our Texas store. You will lead the merchandising strategy, train and coach a merchandising team, ensure floorset execution, and maintain AEO brand standards to deliver a guest-ready store environment.

You will drive sales as the Store Team Leader's right hand, focusing on replenishment, trend analysis, and staffing to sustain excellent guest service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience
• Strong multi-tasking with attention to detail
• Ability to lead and develop teams; knowledge of employment law

• Flexible availability to meet guest shop hours

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty (LOD) and maximize productivity on the Salesfloor and Fitting Room
• Coach team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience and maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards
• Analyze reporting and daily trends to inform short- and long-term business plans and drive KPIs
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure optimal staffing for business needs
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to improve team results
• Maintain visual standards across all store zones, ensure replenishment, and guest-ready Fitting Rooms
