Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Austin, TX. You will lead the Merchandising strategy for the store, train and coach your team to deliver AEO Visual standards, and ensure floorsets are executed flawlessly while keeping the store guest-ready through effective replenishment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail, with focus on merchandising and guest experience.
• Ability to train and develop staff to meet brand standards.
• Strong execution of floorsets and replenishment processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional guest experience and maintain brand standards.
• Recruit, train and develop talent to ensure staffing meets business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to improve results.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure stock replenishment is accurate.
