Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Chattanooga, TN to develop and implement the Merchandising strategy, drive floorset execution, and coach the team to meet AEO brand Visual standards. You will ensure the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment and lead by example in delivering exceptional service.

You will train and mentor associates, manage performance, and align daily operations with brand standards and business goals, supporting a positive guest

• Proven ability to coach and develop teams
• Knowledge of brand visuals and standards

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty
• Coach team to deliver AEO Brand Standards and maintain visual standards
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback and development plans
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to staff the store effectively
• Maintain safe, organized store operations and asset protection adherence
• Ensure replenishment and floor resets align with merchandising strategy and brand floorsets
• Support daily store operations and collaboration with Store Team Leader
