As LOD, you drive sales, lead floorset execution, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is guest-ready. You will hire, coach, and review performance while upholding store safety and asset protection.

• Previous retail management experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• As a key LOD, drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Coach your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards and maintains visual standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent, train and develop your team to provide outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching, development plans and reviews, driving associate engagement.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
