Job summary

American Eagle is seeking an Associate Merchandising Team Leader for our Dallas, TX store. As the full-time Store Team Leader's go-to, you will develop and implement merchandising strategies, coach a team, and ensure brand Visual standards are met daily.

You will drive sales, lead floor and fitting room productivity, recruit and train talent, and keep the store guest-ready with replenishment and wardrobe merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales targets.
• Strong coaching and training capabilities with a focus on brand standards.
• Ability to analyze trends and implement replenishment and merch plan.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty and optimize fitting room and floor productivity.
• Coach store team to deliver AE brand Visual standards and guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to meet business needs with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain daily merchandising, replenishment, and floor execution to reflect brand standards.
