Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Franklin, TN is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive the store's merchandising strategy and guest experience. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure floorset execution and brand standards are consistently met.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, manage replenishment, and partner with the Store Leader to deliver strong sales results while living AE's values and REAL self everyday.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail management role.
• Ability to train and coach staff to meet brand visual standards.
• Strong focus on floorset execution and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach team to deliver the guest experience and AE Brand Standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent and train teams to perform at a high level.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, development plans, and regular reviews.
