Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader for our Franklin, TN store within OFFLINE by Aerie. You will partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates reflect AEO Brand Visual Standards and guest-ready replenishment.

You will coach the Floorset team, drive product movement, and uphold brand standards while fostering a collaborative, energetic team culture focused on the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to train and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive floorset execution and visual standards aligned with Brand Standards.
• Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals and ensure store zones are compliant.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, adjust sell-through and replenishment strategies.
• Support Merchandising Leader to maintain Brand Standards and guest experience.
• Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Maintain store safety standards and support shrink-reduction initiatives.
