American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AEO Brand Visual Standards on the sales floor in Franklin, TN.

You will execute Floorsets, manage merchandising updates and ensure the guest experience remains exceptional. You will lead a merchandising team, train staff, and collaborate with leadership to keep the store looking fresh and aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong eye for brand visual standards and presentation.
• Ability to train, coach, and lead a merchandising team.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution and training by the Floorset team, with clear productivity goals.
• Ensure store is representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment.
• Champion guest experience and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure store safety and shrink-reduction practices on salesfloor and stockroom.
