Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Franklin, TN is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader to drive store performance through coaching, training and strategic execution. You’ll lead with the Store Team Leader to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maximize sales, maintain brand standards and oversee daily operations with integrity.

You’ll recruit and develop a high-performing team, give real-time feedback, celebrate successes, and ensure visual standards and store procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Led teams in a retail management role with a focus on guest experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs through merchandising and staff development.
• Skilled in real-time coaching, performance feedback and development planning.
• Understanding of employment law and store policy adherence.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Lead and coach team to meet guest service standards and store KPIs.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent to ensure adequate staffing for business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, development plans, and recognition for performance.
• Maintain visual standards and operational excellence across all store zones.
