American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in San Diego.

You will act as the Store Team Leader's primary support for developing and implementing merchandising strategies, training and coaching your team to deliver AE brand visual standards daily. Your leadership ensures floor sets are executed flawlessly, and the store remains guest-ready through effective replenishment.

• Proven track record of floorset execution and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver AE brand standards across merchandising and marketing.
• Lead by example on service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit, hire and develop talent to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and recognition to the team.
• Execute daily operations to maintain visual standards and guest readiness.
