Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Comfortable with technology and Windows-based devices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Lead team in executing product presentations, planograms, and signage per directives.
• Coordinate sale sets, price changes, and daily promotional updates with accurate signs.
• Communicate goals and tasks daily; foster team knowledge and growth.
• Plan weekly workload with labor estimates using roadmaps and directives.
• Adapt to changing conditions and reallocate resources as needed.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to elevate associates' performance.
• Promote a positive store culture and associate engagement.
• Assist with stock replenishment and store recovery to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Lead omni and operations processes, ensuring safety and product protection procedures.
