Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in St. Paul, MN and surrounding areas is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead and develop a team of 15–20 merchandisers, recruit and train new hires, and oversee POS and pricing execution. The role is based at the St.

Paul facility and covers Twin Cities stores; it requires lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, and a valid driver's license for route coverage. The schedule runs Wed-Sun with early start times.

Qualifications

• 3 years of merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting POS initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Ensure that company pricing is properly displayed.
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
