Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in St. Paul, MN and surrounding areas is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead and develop a team of 15–20 merchandisers, recruit and train new hires, and oversee POS and pricing execution. The role is based at the St.

Paul facility and covers Twin Cities stores; it requires lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, and a valid driver's license for route coverage. The schedule runs Wed-Sun with early start times.

Job Overview:

Merchandising Supervisor - St. Paul, MN and surrounding areas

The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training and developing merchandisers, among point-of-sale and pricing activities.

Details:

• This position will be based out of our St. Paul, MN facility; supporting customer's stores in the Twin Cities and Northern Twin Cities and the surrounding areas
• Will directly manage a team of around 15-20 direct reports.
• This position will be working Wednesday- Sunday.
• Start time: Wendesday- Saturday at 6:00 AM
• Start time: Sunday 1:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.

Total Rewards:

• $70,000-72,000 / year.
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:

• 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid auto insurance.
