Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to cover Rochester, MN and nearby areas, ensuring top-notch merchandising and customer service for our beverage brands. This role oversees multiple routes and collaborates with Sales Managers to optimize delivery and shelf presentation.

In this full-time position, you will train fellow merchandisers, build strong relationships with store staff, and identify sales opportunities while working weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience handling issues and communicating with store managers.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule with Sales Representatives/Managers.
• Build relationships with store personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Cover routes and provide sales/merchandising services as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Follow the 4 week training schedule for merchandising team with new hires.
• Handle majority of swing merchandising needs.
• Train merchandisers on best practices and help them grow.
• Brief frontline employees on scheduling and meetings.
