Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor for Greater Tampa, FL and surrounding areas. This role will recruit, train and develop merchandisers while overseeing POS initiatives and pricing accuracy at stores in the Tampa region.

Based out of the Tampa facility, the supervisor will manage a team of merchandisers, route coverage, and ensure cost-effectiveness and strong customer service. A competitive compensation package plus annual bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop new hires; manage a team of merchandisers.
• Adhere to KDP merchandising standards, inspecting the execution and implementation of point-of-sale (POS) initiatives.
• Route merchandisers for sales and deliveries.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Ensure that company pricing is properly displayed.
• Provide merchandising coverage for vacation routes.
• Identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
