Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Merchandiser Lead for Rochester, Winona, Austin, Red Wing, and surrounding areas in Minnesota. You will cover multiple routes, merchandise shelves, and coordinate with Sales Representatives to ensure top customer service for Keurig Dr Pepper brands.

The role requires weekend work, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift and push heavy loads. Training completes as part of the merchandising team, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service, including resolving issues and communicating with store managers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule with Sales Representatives/Managers.
• Build relationships with store personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives to pursue.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Follow the 4 week training schedule for merchandising team with new hires.
• Handle majority of swing merchandising needs.
• Train all merchandisers on best practices and growth.
