Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is hiring a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive store merchandising strategy and develop a high-performing team. You will ensure brand standards, floorset execution, and guest-ready conditions daily while leading with integrity and engaging the store team.

You will play a key role in training, coaching, and supervising staff, managing replenishment, and driving KPIs. AEO promotes the brand and values supportive leadership and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a retail team in a store environment.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to meet brand standards.
• Strong merchandising and merchandising execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead as LOD to drive sales and optimize fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach team to deliver best-in-class guest experience and brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop staff to meet business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback and development plans.
• Maintain store operations and visual standards across zones, including fitting rooms.
