Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader at our Troy, MI location. In this full-time role, you will act as the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, coaching your team to deliver brand standards and a best-in-class guest experience.

You will lead floorset execution, replenishment, and guest-ready merchandising across the sales floor and fitting rooms. You will recruit and train teammates, provide real-time coaching, and drive KPIs through

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and analyzing trends.
• Coach and develop the team to meet AEO brand visual standards and maintain replenishment and floorset execution.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to drive KPIs and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to ensure staffing meets business needs and maintains service standards.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct development plans and reviews.
