Job summary

You will partner with the Store Team Leader to execute visual standards, optimize floorsets, manage replenishment, and elevate the guest experience daily. Qualifications

• Retail management experience, preferably in apparel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Knowledge of visual standards and merchandising.
• Understanding of replenishment and floorset execution.
• Guest experience focus.
• Availability to work full-time.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty (LOD) and analyze reports to influence KPIs.
• Coach team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead talent recruitment, training, and ongoing development of associates.
• Provide real-time feedback, development plans, and performance reviews.
• Ensure daily merchandising excellence, floorset execution, and replenishment to keep store ready.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
• Uphold store safety, asset protection, and company policies.
