Job summary

AEO and its Aerie brand in Houston, TX, is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive the merchandising strategy and store visuals. You will train and coach the team, deliver floorsets that meet brand standards, and ensure the guest experience is first-rate while keeping replenishment accurate.

As a Leader on Duty, you will analyze daily trends, set short- and long-term plans, recruit and develop talent, and maintain safety and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Must lead sales through floorset execution and replenishment.
• Coach and train team to meet AEO Visual Standards.
• Develop short and long-term business plans to drive KPIs.
• Recruit and develop talent to maintain strong guest service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as LOD by maximizing floor and fitting room productivity.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising and replenishment to support brand standards.
• Model and enforce customer service standards on Salesfloor and Fitting Room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to meet business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Maintain store operations, safety and asset protection.
