Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters seeks a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to guide store merchandising and coach a high-performing team to deliver AE Visual Standards daily. You'll drive floorset execution, replenishment and guest experience, while developing staff through training, real-time coaching and performance reviews to meet KPIs and brand standards.

Experience in retail leadership, strong business acumen, and flexible availability to support guest shops are required to excel in this role at
