Qualifications

• Coach and develop team to meet AEO Visual Brand standards.
• Inspire and manage team to deliver excellent service and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as LOD and drive sales by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and floorset execution.
• Model and enforce AEO customer service standards on Salesfloor and Fitting Room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and development plans to the team.
