Job summary

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail management leadership experience.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and time management.
• Understanding of employment law basics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty (LOD) by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach team to meet AEO Brand Standards and maintain visual standards storewide.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development to ensure staffing meets business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to boost engagement.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain guest-ready floors and inventory replenishment.
• Uphold store safety, Asset Protection standards, and company policies.
