Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and driving merchandising and freight processing to meet company standards.

You will assist with daily store operations, open/close procedures, asset protection, stockroom upkeep, plan monthly sales priorities, and ensure a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment while delivering positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Manage freight flow and stock merchandise per productivity standards.
• Ensure the sales floor is merchandised and presentable.
• Process receipt and return of merchandise and follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and customer-friendly environment.
