Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a route operations supervisor in Las Vegas to collaborate with sales and delivery teams to boost productivity and sustain excellent customer service. You will train merchandisers daily on standards, waste reduction, safety, and policies, and ensure consistent use of company systems across routes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years related experience and 0–1+ years leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5–7+ years specific experience and 2–3+ years leadership experience.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes.
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
