Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Dayton is seeking a Supervisor, Delivery NFS to lead a team responsible for efficient delivery and merchandising of products, onboarding new teammates, responding to customer issues, and improving route efficiency while ensuring safety.

You will train merchandisers, conduct RED rides, and collaborate with sales, warehouse, and route planning teams; must obtain Class A CDL and have strong leadership and planning skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class A CDL.
• Experience leading a delivery team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Full-Service Delivery Merchandisers and Cashiers to meet goals.
• Onboard new teammates and manage onboarding.
• Coach and train team; conduct RED rides weekly.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper cash handling.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and route planning teams.
• Monitor KPIs like cases delivered, orders served, and productivity.
