Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Michigan is seeking a full-time role to lead merchandiser teams across multiple routes. The position focuses on coaching, process improvement, and ensuring exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

You will train merchandisers on standards, safety, and policies, while using systems to track performance and compliance. A strong education/experience mix with lifting requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg products or pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes and maintain customer service.
• Train merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and policies.
• Ensure wide usage of company systems to monitor performance across routes and reinforce policy compliance.
• Assign and adjust work to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
• Conduct work-withs and go-behinds to monitor productivity, safety and service standards.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
