Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding members on self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Supervises associates in assigned area by assigning duties, giving feedback, training on processes, and supporting Open Door Policy.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors; organizes sales floor and completes documentation as required.
• Maintains facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation; handles claims, zoning, stocking, pricing, and shrink control.
• Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; ensures proper merchandising across departments.
• Leads teams, coordinates work assignments, and supports change and new challenges as needed.
• Oversees club pick up orders and ensures proper staging according to policy.
• Develops, communicates, and implements processes to meet business needs with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Demonstrates and promotes compliance with policies and ethics; supports Open Door Policy and corrective actions.
