Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding self-service tech and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Assists management with supervision of associates, assigns duties, trains on processes, and supports Open Door Policy and recruiting activities.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise; maintains sales floor with merchandising and documentation.
• Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps and following hazardous materials procedures.
• Maintains merchandise presentation and signage, handles returns, and ensures proper pricing and organization.
• Monitors product quality, rotation, recalls, sanitation, and category organization across departments.
• Leads teams, coordinates work assignments, and supports change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversees club pick up order picking and staging.
• Delivers and implements processes with managers and partners to meet business needs and address improvements.
