Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Small Store Merchandisers to meet company goals and deadlines.
• Coach and train teammates using RED rides (minimum 3 per week).
• Ensure Kronos timekeeping and mileage reimbursements are submitted accurately.
• Monitor service times, payroll, and productivity; act on opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to maximize Small Store Service Delivery success.
