Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED seeks a Sales Supervisor for Small Store to manage key customer relationships and supervise Merchandisers and the distribution team. You will ensure accurate outlet orders and drive toward monthly and yearly sales goals with strategic guidance to field staff.

You will lead in coordinating promotions, pricing, and initiatives, while building strong customer partnerships and delivering superior service. This role emphasizes results and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and fleet policy compliance.
• Associate degree or 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to sell-in customer initiatives and promotions.
• Experience with merchandising and account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee relationships with a group of customers.
• Supervise Merchandisers and distribution team.
• Ensure orders are accurate and goals are met.
• Develop and execute promotions and marketing activities.
• Coordinate sales activities and PicOS alignment.
• Negotiate contracts and renewals when needed.
