Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Memphis, TN seeks a Supervisor Small Store Merchandiser Delivery to lead a team responsible for efficient merchandising and meeting distribution objectives within the Small Store Service Delivery Model.

You will onboard new teammates, address customer issues, and train staff through RED rides, aiming to improve productivity while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate good planning techniques and organizational skills.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities and leadership experience.
• 12 months of work experience; Class A CDL preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform the duties of a Small Store Merchandiser.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Small Store Merchandisers to meet goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding with Talent Acquisition to ensure the right fit and staffing needs.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity improvements across the delivery model.
• Ensure safety procedures, Kronos timekeeping, and payroll accuracy are followed.
