Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store management professional to oversee daily operations, lead associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will handle cash, stock, merchandising, and training, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in management, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting. Wages start at $19/hour with a flexible schedule, including weekends and possible overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove up to 5-10 ft.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve stock.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive store sales and optimize merchandising and staffing.
• Execute the market plan and ensure signage/promotions are up to date.
• Oversee Inventory Integrity processes.
