Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee in-store inventory control, replenishment accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute price changes accurately and on time across the sales floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN receiving processes.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skills.
