Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and ensuring SOP adherence.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards and maintain store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
