Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed sales, loyalty, payroll and shrink targets.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Schedule optimization using forecasts and payroll budgets with GM input.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and company procedures.
