Responsibilities include assisting with store operations, opening/closing, maintaining stockroom standards, managing freight flow, stocking shelves, and planning monthly Sales Planners; the role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and growth.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process the receipt and return of DSD merchandise; manage freight flow.
• Order and stock merchandise, including frozen & refrigerated items, per productivity standards.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective and merchandise clip strips/panels.
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners.
