You will assist with store functions, open/close procedures, asset protection, and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include managing freight flow, stocking needs (including frozen and refrigerated items), ensuring a sales-effective floor, and implementing monthly Sales Planners.

Qualifications

• Retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed
• Team-oriented in a high-energy environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities
• Open/close procedures as needed
• Protect and secure company assets including cash
• Maintain store areas to company standards (stockroom & sales floor)
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities
• Ensure store cleanliness and presentability
• Deliver friendly, safe interactions with customers and staff
• Help Store Manager with freight flow and merchandise planning
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners
