The role drives merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to maintain a customer-ready environment. You will lead workload planning, ensure pricing accuracy, and support in-stock optimization while partnering with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage store conditions and achieve results.
• Strong workload planning and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, maintaining store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, pricing integrity, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
