Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, ensuring timely unloading and stock flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Manage inventory control, pricing accuracy, and stock movement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving.
