Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager in Germantown, MD to drive merchandising and operational execution across truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and stock control. Key responsibilities include leading SOPs, maintaining store conditions, providing MOD coverage, and overseeing planogram and backroom

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, and planogram/visual standards.
• Execute price changes and promotional signage accurately and on time.
• ManageShip-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and coach team members across departments.
