Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure store conditions, cleanliness, service standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, and merchandise flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Perform price changes on schedule and ensure pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Maintain asset protection practices to reduce shrink.
• Train and develop team members.
