Job summary

The Michaels Companies store in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a FT Merchandising Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing integrity, and a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include leading with the Store Manager, managing workload, store-in-stock routines, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to company expectations. Night/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOP adherence and company programs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising to company standards.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes, and stock movement.
