• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Manage in-stock optimization and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions.
• Maintain a customer-ready store and backroom organization.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and staff development.
