Michaels Canton is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution at the store level. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing and promotional execution to ensure a customer-ready store environment.

The role requires strong workload planning, adherence to SOPs, and effective supervision of team members to deliver results. Nights, weekends and early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and planogram sets.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store service standards.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, inventory control, and in-stock optimization.
• Train, coach and develop team members across departments.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company programs.
