Job summary

Michaels Buckhead store seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. This role ensures accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

The Major Activities include SOP adherence, policy execution, MOD coverage, truck execution, workload planning, SISO, POG, and backroom

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store merchandising and pricing accuracy to ensure promotional execution.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Provide MOD coverage, floor leadership, and operational continuity.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Enforce SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Maintain pricing integrity and ship-from-store fulfillment.
• Manage RTVs/ASN receiving and shrink reduction.
