Job summary

Michaels Stores Buckhead is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, planograms, pricing, and promotions. You will ensure in-stock levels, visual standards, and customer-ready environments across the store.

The role requires strong workload planning, inventory control, and leadership of a team to meet business objectives in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage store operations and staffing.
• Strong attention to pricing, promotions, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and lead adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership & service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloads, sorting, and floor flow of merchandise.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership to match business needs.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, customer-ready store environment and backroom.
