Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing SOP adherence, staff accountability, and supporting visual merchandising standards while ensuring stock integrity and efficient store flow.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards, holding the team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, ensuring unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
