Responsibilities

• Lead and manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment.
• Oversee pricing integrity, timely promotional execution, and store cleanliness across the sales floor and backroom.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Direct truck execution, unloads, sorting, and movement of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.
• Run Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to improve in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution to ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and initial product placement per company expectations.
• Support backroom organization, a clean store environment, and efficient shrink reduction.
