The Michaels Companies Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a Merchandise Manager who drives merchandising and operational execution across truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will price accurately, execute timely promotions, and maintain a customer-ready store environment.

You will also lead workload planning, manage in-stock levels, support SOPs, coach team members, and uphold asset protection while ensuring store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with merchandising, planograms and store standards.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, promotions and store execution.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs compliance.
• Ensure policies are followed and team accountability maintained.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, merchandising flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with leadership.
• Execute SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized customer-ready store and backroom.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement and shrink reduction.
• Execute ad sets, price changes, and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; support assets protection.
